      <image:title>About</image:title>
<image:caption>About Tri-Powered Games The journey to finding the work that we want to do for the rest of our life rarely starts off with us knowing where it will end, and we must embrace this uncertainty to find who we really are along the way. For a lot of my life, games have had a large impact on who I am. This was not isolated to just video games on systems or PC but also various board games! There was nothing more powerful for my brother, friends and I to get lost in these worlds. These weren’t just activities or worlds for us to escape in when life got hard, but also a place to bond and learn lessons of life and struggle, beautifully brought to life by the creators of the games. It really shaped who we are today, and the decisions that we make. As a result, we were constantly coming up with custom games to play outside since we didn’t have much in the way of money to have the latest console or PC games. One of my favorites being Hunter in which you would take a paintball gun and hunt down your friends in the backwoods. We had also made a spooky rendition of monopoly with haunted house locations and curse cards with ( fake ) bones for currency. Fast forward past school, girls, and a lot of time taken up by sports. It was college time and I knew what I wanted to do… I wanted to make video games. So I joined up in the Software Engineering program with a focus in game development/design. My life was finally starting! I couldn’t wait to see what the future holds… However, I couldn’t have expected that our professors wouldn’t teach us really much at all about video games. We had created one game the entire time of our college career and we couldn’t even complete it fully! My friends and I felt robbed in the program… we couldn’t just sit idly by and watch as our only chance to do what we wanted in life just slips through our hands! Thus, the idea of Tri-Powered Games was born. Two of my best friends at the time, and myself, formed a website to start a game studio where we swore to ourselves we would find online courses and study every day outside of school to get the skills we needed to succeed. It started as a website where we would do game reviews and have game forums about theory, stories, and moods in games, as they were what drew us in the most for the games we love. Years later, we’ve honed our skills, learned to make games, and decided it’s time to share our stories, parts of our lives long ago to be shared with you in the form of sound, environment, and game feel. We believe that we will bring something special to the table, and show everyone that you don’t have to be a mega-genius to make games that will inspire people, you must feel it in your heart’s fire, above all. <image:title>The Horrors Foretold - A New World Order</image:title>
<image:caption>The Gods, inspired by Olaf's strength, cunning, and success came to the celebration and rewarded him for his strength and bravery. Never has a mere man performed such feats and came back alive. They granted the power of magic to life through his bloodline forevermore, so that generations can benefit from the power. However, as the God’s knew, great power comes with difficult choices, some will choose to create a world of peace and prosperity for us all, and there are those who wish to use it to control the world for their own selfish needs. With Olaf's power, he forged a new empire, uniting all men under his banners. Some resisted but none could do so for long. With his armies and the power granted to him by the blood of the Gods, he united the land under his rule. A new world, controlled by those with the blood of Gods in their veins. Despite the unyielding power of Olaf, Valdova experienced an era of peace and prosperity from magic, with respect to the lives that were lost along the way. With all this power, it did not keep men from aging, and Olaf succumbed to that which man cannot overcome. The power continued through his family tree, his legacy preserved. This new world was not loved by all, the bloodshed caused by this unattainable power bred hatred from those without it. Dødsbringeren, who as a boy lost his family and village to a tyrant magical King, became the leader of the resistance known as The Foretold. He assassinated King Hel, a descendant of King Olaf, and drank the blood of the tyrant in hopes to acquire the power to free the people of Valdova who live in fear of such power, to use their own power against them... However, this was not what the Gods had promised, and seeing their gift be stolen again, stirred their vengeance. Odin Cursed the blood as it passed over the lips of Dødsbringeren and his men. Those who drank deeply began to lose their minds, and find themselves resorting to baseless savagery. Those afflicted with this blood curse found themselves hungry for more blood. However, through luck or pure hatred, Dødsbringeren maintained his consciousness, but still had the hunger. These new beings of hunger and hate became known as the Foretold.</image:caption>
